Hotel were really nice and new .Staff are friendly.Reception supervisor Ruziaty was helpfully attitude.Allow me early check in even me upgraded my room to high category for a gesture and good will.Ac in room very cold.I never found this ac system use in other hotel.Bath tub is spacious.Bed also very comfortable.Car park available but limited slot, firts come first served.But if guest come late night there is ample parking outside with minimal charges .Definitely come back next time.Good job J Suites.Big Thump.I give 10 ⭐.

Location was pretty easy to find. Good that they have a lift and wheel chair ram access for the benefits of older folks with travel limitation. A walk down and there are some pretty decent restaurants (Halal and also Chinese) next to it for food. It's also not too far from the Taman Tamadun Islam jetty (to go to Redang). Nearby is the Chinatown. Staff are also responsive to request.

The best and so comfortable hotel at kuala terengganu and the best part the staff was so helpful and mine got problem the staff come thru and ask us to change our room , it was so good 😎😍 if i visit terengganu of course will come again at J suites hotel … and the besttttt part our bed isssa good really good ! feelsss like at home 🤩 tq

I travel a lot, been in a lot of hotels not only KT but whole East Coast. This hotel is by far the best value for money. Huge room, clean, great service by staffs, got space to do work. Easy parking, got few restaurant options nearby. And most importantly, opposite there actually got a gym at the top floor.
